CPE-135A is mainly used in rubber and PVC products. It is a thermoplastic elastomer made of chlorinated high-density polyethylene; it has excellent elongation at break and excellent toughness; this product is a saturated thermoplastic resin with irregular structure. After mixing with PVC and rubber, it has good extrusion flow.

Product Details

 

It is a general term for 35% chlorine content rubber type CM, which is mainly used in the rubber field. Its processing performance is also very good, and it can produce rubber products with smooth, round and flowing matte surface. It can replace a variety of rubber in various fields and produce rubber products with excellent performance.

CPE-135A contains almost no crystals, and has excellent flame retardancy, electrical insulation, chemical resistance, oil resistance and water resistance; it has good compatibility with PVC, Cr, NBR, etc., and can be used as ABS products flame retardants, wire and electrical enclosures, flexible PVC foams, specialty synthetic rubbers, modifiers for general-purpose synthetic rubbers, and plasticizers for PVC and other plastics. Compared with the common chlorinated polyethylene on the market, Bontecn chlorinated polyethylene has the characteristics of low glass transition temperature, superior processing performance and high elongation at break. It is a high-performance, high-quality specialty rubber. It can be used alone or in combination with ethylene-propylene rubber, butadiene-propylene rubber and chlorostyrene rubber to produce rubber products. The products produced have a long service life and are UV resistant. No matter how harsh the environment and climate, they can maintain the inherent properties of rubber for a long time.

Transportation and packaging


Our product is sealed in plastic bags and then externally packaged in polypropylene bags, each weighing 25±0.1kg. 

Storage and Transportation
Keep  the  product  clean  during  transportation  and  loading  and unloading  to  prevent  sun,  rain,  high  temperature  and  humidity  and  damage  to  the package.  It shall  be stored  in a cool,  dry warehouse without  direct sunlight and  at a temperature lower than 40ºC for two years. After two years, it can still be used after passing the performance inspection.
