Products Description
Most of the acr impact modifiers currently on the market are typical core/shell polymer particles, which are composite particles with a double-layer or multi-layer structure formed by compounding different chemical compositions or different components. The impact strength of acr in the process needs to be further improved, so a synthesis method of acr with high impact strength is proposed to solve the above problems.
The impact modifier is an acrylic impact modifier with a "core-shell" structure, the core of which is a slightly cross-linked acrylate copolymer, and the shell is a methacrylate copolymer. Has good compatibility. When subjected to external impact, the rubber core changes, causing silver streaks and shear bands to absorb impact energy. Under long-term outdoor exposure conditions, it can exhibit excellent impact resistance, weather resistance and color durability.
