CPE-135B is mainly used in rubber and PVC products. It is a thermoplastic elastomer made of chlorinated high-density polyethylene; it has excellent elongation at break and excellent toughness; this product is a saturated thermoplastic resin with irregular structure. After mixing with PVC and rubber, it has good extrusion flow.

2. Application

Insulation layer of various oil-resistant parallel flexible wires (such as HPN type wires), sheath of flexible wires or flexible cables for consumer appliances (such as electric heaters, cooking utensils, air conditioners, refrigerators), various light, medium and heavy cables Sheaths for mining cables, marine cables, and locomotive cables, insulation layers or sheaths for various powder/instrument/control cables, etc.

3. Packing & Delivery

25kg/bag or as required by customers. 

 

The product should be kept clean during transportation and handling, prevent sunshine, rain, high temperature and humidity, and avoid damage to packaging. It should be stored in a cool, dry, sunless warehouse with temperature below 40ºC for two year. It can still be used after two year' performance test.
