High chlorinated polyethylene is high chlorine content chlorinated polyethylene, also known as HCPE resin. White light small particles, relative density 1.35-1.45, apparent density 0.4-0.5, chlorine content >65%, thermal decomposition temperature >130ºC, thermal stability time 180ºC >3mm. Since there are no double bonds in the molecular structure and the chlorine atoms are randomly distributed, it has good weather resistance, ozone resistance, heat aging resistance, flame resistance, chemical resistance and oil resistance.

HCPE-M (medium viscosity) is mainly used in anti-corrosion coatings and fire-retardant coatings as a substitute resin for chlorosulfonated polyethylene.
